Great article, thank you; first time here after listening to your interview with Patrick Henningsen. I'd only point out the following: the polls you cite may or may not be accurate. In western "democratic" societies, polls are made to measure and constitute key element of the psychological operations against the public. When poll results show that the majority of Germans support the military and are in favor of conscription, these results are probably contrived for the pretense that the government is acting in accordance with the desires of the population. The polls are very probably fake. Western polling organizations have developped a veritable science of achieving desired results from public opinion surveys.

Interessanter Artikel, aber ich schreib' meinen Kommentar mal auf Englisch:

I think the major point behind this new militarism is that the Western Empire is currently reorganizing itself: America tries to reindustrailize and with the Inflation Reduction Act, it active promotes companies to move to the US and produce there. Due to the increasing green bullshit (calling it for what it is), high energy costs, etc, many companies now move from Germany to the US. Good for them, bad for us.

When the US reindustrailizes, the German industry becomes a competitor. That's why the US - or the forces behind their current administration - blew up Nord Stream, lobby the Green agenda.

This recession/deinstrialization is sold to the Germans as the price we have to pay to transform into a green economy to fight climate change (Notfalls auch im Alleingang!) and Russia. Germany shall give its industry to the US and in exchange, the US/Western elites allow Germany to rearm to become the superpower it hasn't been for quite a while. But in order to make sure that Germans don't switch sides because their industry needs Russian resources, the industry needs to go first.

I'm still in the progress of figuring this out, but I think this explains the things we are currently seeing in Germany best. Stop working, fight! The new Polish government now also works for these interests and gave up the plans of the former government to turn Poland into a regional power with its own sphere of influence.
