The Gaza Genocide is not “only” a crime against humanity but also a catalyst of human history. Consider that, horrible as things are now, they could have been even worse (I am writing this without a grain of false “optimism,” of course.): Imagine a world in which everything that Genocide Apartheid Israel and its accomplices in the West’s elites want has come true.
In such a world, Genocide Apartheid Israel and its lies and violence would have prevailed in full: The whiny mass murderers of Tel Aviv and their Global-North spin and repression brigade – from Berlin to Washington, as it were – would have found nothing but support abroad; they would have encountered no international resistance at all; and the Palestinian victims and the Palestinian Resistance would have been left entirely alone.
Yet that is not how things have unfolded. While Israel and its accomplices have already “accomplished” genocidal mass murder and are still planning to do more (next immediate target: Rafah), they have not had it all their way. Rather, the history of the Gaza Genocide is also turning into a history of global resistance.
